Why we did this survey?
Selecting and implementing a new AMS/CRM can be a painful, disruptive process for associations and their staff. Some people relate the experience to the pain of going through a root canal but lasting much longer! Software projects also experience a high failure rate. There needs to be a better way to handle this critical task.
In 2021 we did our inaugural survey which offered insights into these processes and critical decisions. In 2023, we updated our data and see how the landscape has changed.
